PS999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to ps999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ps999 website at ps999.biz, including all games, betting markets, payment services and any other features made available through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on ps999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users in Pakistan and form the entire agreement between you and ps999 regarding your use of the platform. If there is any section you do not understand or agree with, please contact our support team before proceeding. Continuing to use ps999 after registering constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

PS999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of ps999 following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account at ps999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PS999 is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or a Pakistani national using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real full name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from ps999 under these Terms or a prior version of them.
• You must not be registering on behalf of a third party or using someone else's identity or payment method.
• You must not be in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.

PS999 is entitled to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in the request notice may result in temporary account restrictions until documents are received and reviewed.

One account only. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ps999 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, different phone numbers or different payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms. PS999 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account may be suspended immediately, and any balance held in them may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ps999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PS999 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately at support@ps999.biz and change your password without delay.

Personal information updates. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details — particularly your Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. PS999 sends important account notifications, withdrawal confirmations and promotional communications to the contact details on record. PS999 is not liable for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

• You must not allow any third party to use or access your ps999 account.
• All transactions initiated from your account are your responsibility, even if carried out by another person using your credentials.
• PS999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month, deducted from the account balance where funds exist.

PS999 processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 500, instant credit
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 500, instant credit
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed within minutes
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed within minutes
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, credited within 1 business hour
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, subject to standard bank processing times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering matched withdrawal policy. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

PS999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation (CNIC copy, proof of payment method ownership) before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where account activity triggers a review under our compliance procedures. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on individual players.

Deposits made using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending verification. PS999 is not liable for funds deposited using third-party payment accounts.

PS999 offers a welcome bonus, ongoing promotions and seasonal offers (including PSL-specific promotions) to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer.

Welcome Bonus. New players who make their first deposit at ps999 are eligible for a 100% matched welcome bonus up to Rs 25,000. This means a first deposit of Rs 5,000 gives you Rs 5,000 bonus credit on top, for a total balance of Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus is available to each player once only.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10× (ten times the combined deposit and bonus amount) before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-funded portion of your balance. For example: deposit Rs 5,000, receive Rs 5,000 bonus — the wagering requirement is Rs 100,000 in total qualifying bets.

• Only bets at odds of 1.50 or higher count towards sports betting wagering requirements.
• Crash games and casino games count at 100% of stake towards wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus activity after wagering requirements are met can be withdrawn.
• PS999 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers at any time. Bonuses already credited and active will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or placing contradictory bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

All bets placed on ps999 — whether on PSL cricket, other sports, or live in-play markets — are governed by these rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable betting rules for that market type.

Bet acceptance. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet slip. PS999 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected or where we believe a market may have been offered in error. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number in your account history.

Minimum and maximum stakes. The minimum bet amount at ps999 is Rs 200 for sports markets and Rs 100 for casino and crash games. Maximum single bet limits vary by market and event. PS999 may lower individual stake limits for specific players or events without prior notice.

• PSL Betting: All PSL bets are settled on the official match result as determined by the Pakistan Cricket Board. DLS-affected match results are accepted as official. Abandoned matches with no official result will have match winner bets voided and stakes returned.
• Live In-Play Betting: PS999 accepts live bets during PSL and other cricket matches. Odds are updated continuously. Once a live bet is confirmed and allocated a reference number, it cannot be cancelled. PS999 is not responsible for any delay in odds reflecting match events due to data feed latency.
• Accumulators: Multi-event accumulator bets are available. If one leg of an accumulator is voided (e.g. a match is abandoned), the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg did not exist.
• Obvious errors: PS999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed mistake. We will notify affected players and return stakes promptly in these cases.

PS999 does not accept bets from players who have a conflict of interest with the event being bet on — for example, players participating in or associated with a PSL team may not bet on PSL markets. Any such bets identified will be voided immediately.

PS999 offers a range of casino-style and crash games including but not limited to Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Baccarat, Mines, Plinko and Limbo. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's help section.

Crash games. In crash games, a bet is considered final once the round begins. You may cash out at any multiplier before the crash. If the game crashes before you cash out, your stake for that round is forfeited. Auto cash-out settings are executed at the programmed multiplier unless a system error occurs, in which case the bet will be re-evaluated based on the actual crash point recorded.

Disconnection policy. PS999 is not liable for bets affected by a player-side internet disconnection during a game round. Where a server-side disconnection occurs on ps999's infrastructure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Crash game rounds affected by a server interruption will be cancelled and stakes credited back to player balances.

• Game results are final once a round is complete and the result is displayed.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the relevant game round using the support ticket system.
• PS999 retains game round logs for a minimum of 90 days and will provide round data to players upon request for verification purposes.
• Minimum bets for casino and crash games start at Rs 100 per round or hand.

PS999 expects all players to behave in good faith and to use the platform for its intended purpose — personal entertainment and betting. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent banning:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without genuine human play.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with or disrupt ps999's software, servers or security systems.
• Colluding with other players in crash games, poker or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details or any form of financial deception on ps999.
• Sharing account access with another person for the purpose of exploiting promotional terms.
• Making chargebacks, reversals or disputes through your payment provider for bets that were properly placed and lost — this constitutes fraudulent behaviour and will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at ps999 staff via any communication channel.

PS999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for compliance, security or responsible gaming reasons.

Grounds for account suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, duplicate account detection, bonus abuse, player-requested self-exclusion, failure to provide KYC documentation when requested, underage gambling concerns, or unexplained high-value activity inconsistent with account history.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any verified balance held at the time of suspension will remain secure. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the full balance will be made available for withdrawal. If a breach is confirmed, ps999 reserves the right to withhold funds as permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

Voluntary closure. You may request to close your ps999 account at any time by contacting support@ps999.biz. Where you close your account voluntarily with no outstanding disputes, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure requests take effect within 24 hours.

PS999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. We view gambling as a form of entertainment — not a way to make money or recover financial losses. The following tools are available free of charge to all ps999 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately — increases require a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap your losses over a defined period to prevent spending beyond your entertainment budget.
• Session reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after a set amount of time has been spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cool-off periods: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account remains active but all betting and game functionality is suspended.

PS999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we work hard to maintain high availability — particularly during PSL season when demand is at its highest — we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from planned or unplanned platform maintenance, internet service outages, or technical failures outside of our direct control.

PS999's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims is limited to the total verified account balance held by that player at the time the claim arose. PS999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages including loss of profits or opportunity costs arising from use of the platform.

PS999 is not responsible for any tax liability arising from winnings. Players are individually responsible for understanding and complying with their own tax obligations as they apply to gambling winnings under Pakistani law.

PS999 collects and processes personal data from Pakistani players including registration information, transaction history, device and usage data, and identity verification documents. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations, and improve the ps999 platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing with our verified partners, or where you have given explicit consent. Full details of how ps999 handles your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

PS999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on record and via a prominent notice within the ps999 platform.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of ps999 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints process above shall be subject to binding arbitration as described in the full arbitration clause available upon request from our legal team.
